After graduating Tioga Central, Mrs. Martin attended SUNY Oswego where she earned a degree in Political Science and Education.  She earned her Masters Degree from the University of New England, and her School Administration Certificate from the Massachussets College of Liberal Arts.  Mrs. Martin taught in the History Department and coached Field Hockey until she accepted the position of CSE Chair.  After three years in that post, Mrs. Martin has now taken over as the High School principal.
