Mr. Cook graduated Tioga Central and then earned a degree in History Education 7-12 from Elmira College.  He taught Middle School History and coached Football for thirteen years while earning his Masters Degree and School Administration Certificate from SUNY Cortland.  Mr. Cook then served at the District's Athletic Director for three years before accepting the position of Middle School Principal.
